Established practices have rooms that sit empty for most of the week. BLŌK lets you offer unused exam rooms, therapy offices, rehab areas, or an entire office to independently licensed healthcare practitioners who need space by the hour, half-day, or day.
Three steps to hosting

Apply and verify
Tell us about your practice and confirm you can offer the space. We review your business and property documents before you go live.

Create your listing and availability
Add photos, amenities, permitted uses, pricing by the hour or day, and the weekly hours you want to open up.

Review booking requests
Every request comes to you first. Approve the practitioners you want, and the confirmed block is held on your calendar. Payment processing will be enabled before the paid pilot opens. Until then, booking requests are for preview and testing only; BLŌK does not process or coordinate payment.
Who can host
- You own the space or hold written authority to sublicense it.
- You carry appropriate property and general liability coverage.
- The premises are professional, safe, and accessible.
- You specify the permitted uses and the amenities included.
How responsibility works
- Practitioners are independently licensed and carry their own malpractice coverage. BLŌK reviews the license and insurance documents they submit before they can book.
- You control availability, pricing, permitted uses, and whether to approve any given request.
- BLŌK facilitates space rental only. We do not provide healthcare, supervise clinical care, or employ practitioners.
- Patient names, records, photographs, and other protected health information must never be entered into BLŌK.
