Website and account information
We may collect contact details, account information, practice configuration, device identifiers, security events, pilot feedback, and aggregate product-usage information needed to operate and improve BLŌK Health.
Patient and clinical information
Public contact forms and general support channels must not be used for patient names, records, images, or clinical details. A pilot feature may handle additional information only when BLŌK Health expressly enables it for a participating practice under appropriate security, privacy, and contractual controls.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, configure practice workflows, support pilot participants, protect accounts and devices, investigate errors, and understand product performance.
Access and sharing
Access is limited according to role and operational need. We may use service providers to operate the product under contractual restrictions. We do not sell patient information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as needed for the service, security, contractual commitments, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where available.
BLŌK Health provides workflow technology. It does not provide healthcare, make clinical decisions, supervise treatment, or replace a practice's emergency procedures.
