Last updated August 21, 2026 · Effective date: Not yet effective — pilot draft
Draft — pending legal review
This document is a working draft published for the private pilot. It has not been reviewed or approved by counsel and is not a binding agreement. Final terms will be posted with an effective date before BLŌK Health opens publicly.
What BLŌK Health is
BLŌK Health develops patient-arrival and healthcare workflow technology, including a physical NFC and QR entry point and practice-configured digital experiences.
What BLŌK Health is not
BLŌK Health is not a healthcare provider, emergency service, electronic health record, or substitute for a practice's clinical judgment, policies, staffing, or emergency procedures.
Pilot features
Pilot functionality may change as we test workflows, security controls, and integrations. A feature should not be used with protected health information unless BLŌK Health has expressly enabled that use for the practice under an appropriate written agreement.
Practice responsibilities
Each practice remains responsible for the accuracy of its content, links, instructions, forms, access decisions, patient communication, clinical operations, and compliance obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, or submit patient or clinical information through a feature that has not been expressly approved for that purpose.
Changes
These terms may change as the pilot develops. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to participating practices.
BLŌK Health provides workflow technology. It does not provide healthcare, make clinical decisions, supervise treatment, or replace a practice's emergency procedures.
